Roasted Quail with Black Truffle Sauce, Rosti Potato with Roast Vegetables [2 Pieces]
Signature dish of the house. Deboned French quail with its own meat and mushroom, quick seared and oven baked to perfect doneness. If is for party event, this signature can be shared up to 4 persons, as long as some other main courses are served as part of the feast.
French Quail - 2 pieces (500 gram) plus seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients: French quail, chicken, mushroom, garlic, onion, seasonings, and various cooking vegetables, flour, wheat, cream, spice, cooking wine, black truffle sauce
Delivery: Presentation in aluminium tray and sauce: black truffle sauce
For Chilled delivery: Keep the tray chilled at all time at 0 to 3°C
To reheat: place in preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes to 30 minutes, without plastic cover, and suggest to cover with aluminium foil
Serving: 2 persons
