Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Cold butter cut into small pieces
- ¾ cup Buttermilk
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 
- Stir in the buttermilk until just combined. 
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times. 
- Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter. 
- Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
