  • 4 cups bread cubes day-old or stale bread works best
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned bread cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let the croutons cool completely before serving or storing.
