- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and toss with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
