- 4 medium Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
