- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 head Butter Lettuce
1. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add shredded carrots and chopped green onions. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Spoon the mixture into butter lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
