  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
