Asparagus Quiche Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream. 
- Add the shredded Gruyere cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. 
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and spread the asparagus pieces evenly over the crust. 
- Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and crust. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown. 
- Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
