Asparagus Quiche Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
Add the shredded Gruyere cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and spread the asparagus pieces evenly over the crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
