- 2 Avocados ripe
- 8 Taco Shells
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Slice the avocados and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
2. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
3. Warm the taco shells in a skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. Fill each taco shell with a spoonful of the avocado mixture.
5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
