Ribs
- 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). 
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs. 
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours. 
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with BBQ sauce. 
- Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered, for another 10-15 minutes. 
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
