Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with BBQ sauce.
  7. Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered, for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
