Ingredients 

Spice Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the whole spices (peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds) in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. 2. Let the spices cool, then grind them in a spice grinder.
  3. 3. Mix the ground spices with the paprika, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container.
