- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 20 pieces wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and soy sauce.
Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges of the wonton wrappers with water, fold them over to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal.
Place the wontons on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with vegetable oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
