Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if using.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
