  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Grated Cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Chives Optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease the ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream over the eggs in each ramekin.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the eggs.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
  9. Serve immediately with toast or your favorite side.
