- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. 
- Place the cubed French bread in the baking dish. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. 
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are soaked. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
