Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale stems removed, leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
Spread the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
