- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 500 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
Mix sausage meat, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Divide sausage mixture into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg.
Dip each wrapped egg in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
