  • 4 eggs hard-boiled
  • 500 g sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Mix sausage meat, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Divide sausage mixture into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg.
  5. Dip each wrapped egg in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
