Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Bananas ripe and mashed
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the banana loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
