Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 2 Ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
