Ingredients

  • 4 Baguettes
  • 500 g Pork thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1 Daikon julienned
  • 1 Jalapeno sliced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Marinate the pork in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the pork until done.
  4. 4. Slice the baguettes and spread mayonnaise on each side.
  5. 5. Layer the cooked pork, cucumber, carrot, daikon, jalapeno, and cilantro inside the baguettes.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
