Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds

Dry Rub

  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Barbecue Sauce

  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
  2. 2. Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture evenly over the ribs.
  4. 4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Cook on the grill for 2 hours.
  6. 6. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with barbecue sauce.
  7. 7. Grill for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. 8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
