Ribs
- 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds
Dry Rub
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1. Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C). 
- 2. Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl. 
- 3. Rub the mixture evenly over the ribs. 
- 4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. 
- 5. Cook on the grill for 2 hours. 
- 6. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with barbecue sauce. 
- 7. Grill for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized. 
- 8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
