  • 2 pounds Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. 2. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. 4. Add the warmed milk and melted butter to the potatoes.
  5. 5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
