Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
