Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sliced thin
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Arrange the beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the beef is dry and firm but still slightly pliable.
  5. 5. Let the beef jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
