Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3. Add beef cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion pieces onto skewers, alternating between them.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
  6. 6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
