Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
1. In a bowl, mix beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
