Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 package egg noodles, cooked

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
