  • 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 package Egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add beef tips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
