Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 package Egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add beef tips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
3. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
5. Stir sour cream into the beef mixture and cook until heated through.
6. Serve beef tips over noodles.
