Beef Tips and Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 package Egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
- 2. Add beef tips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. 
- 3. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. 
- 4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. 
- 5. Stir sour cream into the beef mixture and cook until heated through. 
- 6. Serve beef tips over noodles.
