Black Bean Burritos Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. 
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. 
- Stir in the black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through. 
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. 
- Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
