Bordelaise Sauce Recipe
A classic French sauce made with red wine, bone marrow, butter, shallots, and demi-glace. Perfect for steak.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Red wine
- 2 tablespoon Shallots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Demi-glace
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Bone marrow, finely chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a saucepan, combine the red wine and shallots. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
2. Add the demi-glace and simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the butter and bone marrow until melted and smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Strain the sauce and serve warm.
