Branzino Mediterranean Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole branzino, cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Place the branzino on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper. 
- Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, rosemary, and thyme. 
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 
- Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
