Main Ingredients
- 2 whole branzino, cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the branzino on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, rosemary, and thyme.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
