Instructions
1. Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and turmeric. Bring to a boil.
3. Pour hot vinegar mixture over cucumbers and onions. Let cool.
4. Transfer pickles to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
