  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove shrimp from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
