  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 pieces Sandwich buns
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork tenderloin pieces until thin.
  2. 2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. 3. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
