- 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Spread the chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
