- 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
- ¼ cup Melted butter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
