Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
  • ¼ cup Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
