  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over the campfire or stove.
  2. 2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add butter and cook the diced potatoes and chopped onion until tender.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet. Stir until the eggs are cooked through.
  5. 5. Crumble the bacon and mix it into the eggs and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
