  • ½ cup Heavy Cream room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it melts into a thick brown liquid.
  2. 2. Add butter and stir until melted and combined.
  3. 3. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring. Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute.
