Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef cut into small pieces
  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Pinto beans cooked
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the beef and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. 4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pinto beans, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with the crispy bacon.
