Ingredients 

Chai Tea Mix

  • 1 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup Non-dairy creamer
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Instant tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cardamom

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk together until well blended.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
  4. To serve, stir 2 tablespoons of mix into a cup of hot water.
