- 2 packs instant ramen noodles any flavor
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the milk and bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked noodles back to the pot and toss to coat in the cheese sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
