- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs large
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and melted butter.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the cornmeal, vinegar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.
Let the pie cool before serving.
