Chicken a la King

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 
- 2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender. 
- 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
- 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. 
- 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. 
- 6. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. 
- 7. Serve over rice or pasta.
