  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. 6. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve over rice or pasta.
