- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter melted
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until tender, about 30 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
4. Stir in milk and melted butter until a dough forms.
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the simmering broth and cook for 10-15 minutes, until dumplings are cooked through.
