Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast diced
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in spinach and heavy cream. Cook until spinach is wilted and soup is heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
