- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
