Chicken and Rice Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. 
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. 
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. 
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden brown. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
