- 4 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Biscuit Mix
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the chicken broth until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
