Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Biscuit Mix
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. 
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish. 
- In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the chicken broth until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
