- 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
Place the provolone cheese slices over the chicken and vegetables, let it melt.
Toast the hoagie rolls if desired.
Fill the hoagie rolls with the chicken, cheese, and vegetable mixture. Serve hot.
