Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
