Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce
  • 8 pieces Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
