Chicken Fajita Marinade Recipe

- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced into strips
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken strips for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
